Mount Shra-Tey-Igan (Dry Bear's Head) rear. + Archdeacon Swanson, an Anglican priest, served in several Yukon Territory comunities between 1913 and 1918.  He was later rector of Metochasin, British Columbia, between 1918-1920;  Christ church cathedral, 1920-1922; St. Augustine's, Lethbridge, Alberta, 1922-1932; St. Stephen's, Calgary, Alberta, 1940-1953.  Archdeacon of Toronto East and rector, St. Paul's cathedral, Toronto, Ontario, 1953-1960. + Retired to Calgary, Alberta in 1960, given honorary doctrate, University of Calgary, 1972.
